Reference Photos

Please make sure you send clear, high quality photographs. Photos taken in the day time in natural light will be better as I can see the details.

If the person/pet is sadly no longer with us and the only photos you have are printed photos, please contact me and we can discuss the best option for this.

If you have separate photos and want them combining I will happily do this too!

I like to capture eyes so the clearer the eyes the better for me as it helps capture their personality.

The more photos you send me, the more details I can see as one photo might not be able to capture everything you want in a portrait.

Payments

I will need a 50% deposit of the total balance before I start the commission. This deposit is non refundable and the rest of the balance before I send your portrait via post. This can be paid either in person, via bank transfer or PayPal.

Vouchers

Terms and conditions :

Prices for gift vouchers start at £25 (this is the minimum deposit for a one person/pet portrait)

Prices start from £50 for one person/pet portrait excluding postage and packaging.

Giftee must pay the extra fee before the portrait is posted.

These gift vouchers are non refundable.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Shipping and Time Frames

We will discuss time frames and reference photos at the time of booking your portrait. If you have a specific date in mind, please discuss this with me before committing to the portrait, I live in Turkey and prefer to ask friends and family to take the drawings back to be posted in the UK so shipping time would depend on people's visits. However, I can post from Turkey for an extra cost.

There will also be a charge of postage added to your total balance. (I will quote prices at the time of booking).
